Telesangha Community Practice
Join our Guided Mindfulness Meditation Community Practice through Telesangha, a teacher-led meditation practice designed to help you develop regularity and consistency with the support of a group.
Our sessions are 30 minutes long and take place on weekdays, offering you the perfect opportunity to start or deepen your mindfulness journey.
When you join Telesangha, you will receive a call on your phone at your chosen time, making it easy to integrate meditation into your daily routine. We offer several time slots to accommodate different schedules: 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am EST.
Specifically, the 9:30 am EST group, "Telesangha for Bodies that Squawk," is designed for individuals dealing with chronic pain or illness, providing a supportive environment tailored to their unique needs.
Our sliding scale pricing ensures that everyone can participate, and your first week is free to try out. Join us to experience the benefits of a consistent meditation practice supported by a like-minded community.
