Foundations of Mindfulness

Foundations of Mindfulness is a series of five weekly online group sessions. This class is perfect for people of all experience levels looking to learn or deepen their journey into meditation and mindfulness.

Over the course of five weeks, we will explore various facets of Mindfulness, with each session dedicated to a specific theme:

  • Understanding Mindfulness

  • Mindfulness of Breath

  • Mindfulness of Body

  • Mindfulness of Emotions

  • Mindfulness of Thoughts and Dealing with Strong Emotions

Upon completing the course, participants will have the opportunity to schedule a free individual session. This personalized support session allows for deeper exploration and tailored guidance, enhancing the comprehensive foundation built through group learning.
