By doing so, you can begin to work with and change these patterns.
This interactive practice invites awareness into your body, allowing you to attune to your inner wisdom and develop skills to navigate life's challenges. Through assisted guidance, you will learn to translate the sensations in your body—through which the subconscious largely speaks—into conscious awareness.
As you release old patterns held in your body, you will create more space for contentment and ease, even during difficult times. A personal mindfulness practice is highly supportive of these sessions, enhancing the benefits and facilitating deeper transformation.
